At ProMotion Performance Therapy, we don't just mask your knee pain—we eliminate it. Our Performance Rehabilitation approach blends advanced manual therapy, cutting-edge technology, and strength training principles to address the actual source of your problem, not just the symptoms.
Unlike traditional physical therapy clinics that book you with three other patients at once, we provide true one-on-one care for your entire session. Dr. Marc Feda is one of only seven therapists in Connecticut who is board certified as both an Orthopedic and Sports Clinical Specialist, and he's helped hundreds of active adults in Cheshire get back to peak performance.

"I had a number of problems I was dealing with when I first started working with Marc: a chronic hamstring issue that caused unrelenting sciatic pain, low back pain that would wipe me out for days at a time, and a painful hip that had gotten so bad I couldn't go for walks anymore. Marc's approach addressed multiple issues at once and helped me slowly but surely build up my strength. Eventually my sciatic pain that had been present for years was completely resolved. He helped me navigate the orthopedic world to eventually choose to have a total hip replacement at age 52, and he helped me strengthen my body in ways that supported rapid recovery post-surgery."
Julianne Kaphar"I highly recommend Marc as well as Mike. I am working with both of them and get such individualized treatment for my various issues. Every appointment is customized to my needs and they can pivot depending on whether I need therapeutic attention versus pure strengthening. I would never go back to traditional PT or to a personal trainer who is not a therapist. Marc's knowledge is by far superior to anything I have event experienced."

"Marc Feda is an outstanding physical therapist. I was referred to him by some athletes I trusted after a bad experience with a previous PT at a big corporation. That previous therapist didn't listen to me and had me do something that worsened the problem. Marc has a deep, sophisticated understanding of physiology and the nature of injury and healing; he uses multiple modalities effectively, and he is particularly expert at integrating therapy and strength training. Finally, he is responsive to questions and concerns throughout the week, well beyond the hour of your appointment."

Performance Rehabilitation is an emerging approach that blends holistic methods including manual therapy and the latest technology rooted in science-based principles that aid in optimizing and accelerating the body's natural healing and recovery processes. Our highly skilled Performance Rehab Specialists leverage these techniques and combine them with the most up-to-date research as they design a dynamic treatment plan that continuously adapts to your progress and performance goals. We're licensed Physical Therapists—we just approach the field very differently.
Yes! Unlike traditional Physical Therapy providers, Performance Rehabilitation can be submitted through your insurance provider under your out-of-network benefits. This simply means that we do not have a contracted rate with your insurance company for Physical Therapy services, but they will apply any amount you spend toward your plan. While we understand that this may create an extra step for those trying to recoup money for physical therapy, this approach allows us to maximize patient care and spend entire sessions with you in a true one-on-one format without being limited by traditional insurance barriers. The majority of our clients receive reimbursements from their insurance providers.
Every person and condition is unique. Some clients experience significant improvement within a few sessions, while others benefit from a more progressive approach over several weeks. During your first appointment, we'll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific situation and goals. Our focus is on getting you better as efficiently as possible—and giving you the tools to stay better long-term.
