Our Performance Rehab Specialists clearly identify the ROOT cause of your knee pain and "calm the storm" while we begin on the path to resolution.
Stop letting back pain control your life. At ProMotion Performance Therapy, we help active adults and athletes in Cheshire eliminate back pain at the root—so you can return to the gym, the golf course, and the activities that matter most without fear of re-injury.
Your back flares up every time you lift, squat, or even bend over to tie your shoes. You've stopped pushing yourself because you're afraid of making it worse.
The pain comes and goes, but it always returns. You've had cortisone shots, tried chiropractic adjustments, and even sat through cookie-cutter PT sessions with 25 people in the room—and you're still hurting.
That weekend hike? Canceled. Playing with your kids? Too painful. Your back pain has stolen the active lifestyle you worked so hard to build.

At ProMotion, we don't just treat symptoms—we identify and resolve the root cause of your back pain. Our Performance Rehab approach blends advanced manual therapy, dry needling, and functional training to eliminate pain and rebuild your body stronger than before.
Unlike traditional physical therapy, you'll get one-on-one attention for your entire session. No rotating through exercise stations. No being left alone with a printout. Just expert-guided care from board-certified specialists who understand what it takes to get you back to peak performance.
✅ One-on-one care for the full session—never shared attention
✅ Root cause resolution, not symptom management
✅ Advanced techniques: dry needling, manual therapy, BFR training

"Marc is amazing!! His PT is like nothing I've ever experienced before. I have a bad ankle and bad lower back. I've had multiple steroid shots and a ton of basic physical therapy appointments where you're in a room with 25 other people and you do your exercises alone and leave. Marc is the only thing that has really worked for me. His dry needling is amazing!! I am back to doing everything I enjoyed before my injuries."
Tess Arntsen"Marc provides an extraordinary level of advanced, individualized, collaborative care that is getting me back on my feet in record time after surgery for a fracture. He is a deep listener who takes the time to fully understand my experience and my goals. Every session has also involved some kind of hands-on manipulation or dry needling that has dissolved my deep skeptical distrust of this kind of work and turned me into a believer."
Sandy Resnick
"I own a catering and events company, and rely on my body to stay strong, healthy, and functional as I'm on my feet most days. Marc has been so essential to rehabilitating a few small injuries. In a few short months, we've been able to get me back to not only feeling healthy and strong enough to work out... but to be confident that I can work long days at events. This is not like any other physical therapy experience I've had before."
